Occupancy levels at the end of 2005 reached over 98%, the highest level achieved since the start of leasing operations.
In May 1, 2004, the EDSA Property Holdings Incorporated took over the building management function for The Enterprise Center. The Company set up a Property Management Division in order to oversee TEC operations. This new group is geared to do property management to all future developments of EPHI which now include The Shang Grand Tower and The St. Francis Towers.
The outlook is very favorable considering the improvement in the office-leasing market. The new management is geared towards improving its service towards the tenants, as well as improving the maintenance of its facilities and equipment to keep its image as the premiere business address in the country.
